With the changing times we’ve had to change the way we screen tenants.
It may seem a bit over the top, but a couple of stinker tenants have caused us to adjust.
Our building is a 131 King St East, close to Victoria Park and was completely renovated from scratch 25 years ago. Every system was installed new. Since then there have been regular updates. There are 3 units, with a total of 3 other occupants – (all older, retired) so it’s a quite community type building.

This is a large 1 bedroom lower unit. It has a private entrance with stairs.
This lower unit unit comes with:

- Private Entrance and parking for 1 car

People Offered the space will be required to provide:
- Employment Letter
- Contact information for current employer
- Copy of last 2 pay statements
- Completed Rental Application
- Copy of Drivers License or Passport
- Permission to the Landlord to run a complete credit check
- First and Last months rent (certified cheque or E-trans)
- Tenant liability insurance (hard copy 2 weeks prior to occupancy
- Proof of current rental address
- Telephone address and / email of current landlord
- Last landlord telephone / email address
